I should note that the photographer/videographer is able to open the MOV files from the same DVD on her Windows 10 computer without issue. I recently ran Windows Update and it told me all drivers are up to date on my computer. We've tried opening the video files with Windows Movies and TV, as well as Windows Media Player, but they will not play the MOV files. I have a PC and my wife has a laptop, both with Windows 10. The JPEG images are fine, but we can't play the MOV videos, and for some reason I can't even copy the MOV files from the DVD onto our computers. Q: A friend of ours photographed and videoed our wedding ceremony several weeks ago and gave us a DVD with JPG and MOV files on it.
